DON’T MISS your chance to comment on the Hawkenbury Farm development!
TWBC are in the final stages of the process to decide whether Hawkenbury Farm will be allocated as a development site. We have a further opportunity to submit any comments, which will then go to the independent Planning Inspectorate.
What to object to:
At this stage, you can only object to whether the Site Allocation DPD is “sound” – this is measured by if the proposal has been:
- Positively prepared
- Consistent with national policy
See: Site Allocation DPD
What is the HVA doing?
The HVA is doing a general response using each of the four tests of “Soundness”. This will be on the HVA website soon if you wish to read it for guidance only. Please DO NOT COPY the HVA response. This could result in the HVA and your response being disregarded. What can you do? We would urge you to review the TWBC website and put in your own personal comments.
When do you need to do it? Objections must be submitted by 5pm on 23 March 2015.
