Downscaling plans for a new school in Tunbridge Wells could lead to a shortage of places.
Most of you will have read my letter regarding the new school in Hawkenbury and how KCC are going back on their commitment to build a 2FE primary school as part of the development. To date, I have had a direct response from Peter Bulman, our local ward councillor and Cllr Heasman, who sits on the Planning Committee. I have had no further response from any of the other recipients.
Mary Harris, from the Courier, has also picked up on the story and has written an article, which is now available on the Kent Live website. Please comment and share as widely as possible, so that we can get the school we were promised.
I will keep everyone updated as the story develops.
