DESCRIPTION:The Chairman and Treasurer of the Village association attended a meeting at the Council Offices this morning with David Candlin\, the Head of Economic Development at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. \nMr Candlin advised us that they had been in negotiation with Berkeley Homes and had reached a conditional agreement for the sale of the Holly Farm Site for housing and a new two form entry primary school. The agreement is due to be considered by the Finance and Governance Cabinet Advisory Board 0n 25th August at 18:30 and the Cabinet on 17th September at 10:00. Both meetings are open to the public and we encourage you to attend.
