Public rights of way
Sue Ware, the Association Treasurer, mentioned that there are quite a number of public rights of way and bridle paths in the village area. Over recent years, quite a few of these have become blocked by fallen trees and other debris.
Maintenance of the bridle paths and public rights of way falls to the Kent Highways department. If you come across a blocked bridleway or footpath, please call the KCC Highways team on 0300 041 7171 (Calls are charged at standard geographic rates).
