I am advised by Graeme Gibson, Chair of the HVA, that TWBC have a (small) amount of money that they may allocate to spend at the Rec.

There has been talk of replacing the “new” roundabout, but I have already posted a comment that this should be fixed/replaced by the company who originally installed it, given it has never worked.
