The Tudeley Village Proposal

CANCELLED –  The Tudeley Village Charrette has been cancelled unitl later in the year due to the Corona Virus.  Details in attached.

Starting on the 14th March at the Spa hotel will be the Tudeley Village Charrette.  If you don’t know a Charrette is an intensive period of stakeholder and community consultation with the aim of coming up with the planning master plan that satisfies everyone.

Why is the HVA recommending members and residents of Hawkenbury to go along and see what the Hadlow Estate are planning in Tudeley?  Well because the borough has to provide 13,500 new homes over the coming years and if ideas like Tudeley Village are blocked then the pressure for new housing will again be placed on Hawkenbury.
